  • These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the website https://titan.live and the services provided by TitanLive LLC. By accessing or using the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
  • This document serves both as a public offer (in accordance with applicable law) and the Terms of Use of Titan.live. Using the website, placing an order, registering, or otherwise interacting with Titan.live constitutes acceptance of this offer and all terms set forth herein.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
  • 2.1. The site is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 may use the service only with written parental consent and are not permitted to make payments.
  • 2.2. Access to Titan.live is granted through third-party platforms (e.g., Trovo, Google, Twitch, TikTok, Telegram) and constitutes acceptance of these Terms. All activity is logged.
  • 2.3. Users may withdraw consent by requesting account deletion via [email protected]. Requests are processed within 7 business days.
3. REGISTRATION & SECURITY
  • 3.1. Registration is done via third-party services. A separate login is not required.
  • 3.2. The following are prohibited:
  • – Creating multiple accounts
  • – Using bots or automated tools
  • 3.3. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is recommended. TitanLive is not responsible for data breaches due to weak account security.
4. PAYMENTS
  • 4.1. This document is a public offer by TitanLive LLC. All prices are listed in USD and are part of this offer. Payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer. By making a payment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Only individuals 18+ may complete transactions.
  • 4.2. Accepted payment methods:
  • – Stripe (Visa / MasterCard)
  • – PayPal (if available)
  • – Other regional methods as listed on the website.
  • 4.3. Recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Refunds for unused periods are available upon request.
  • 4.4. The final amount may include payment processing fees. The amount shown at checkout is final.
5. REFUNDS
  • 5.1. Users in jurisdictions with consumer protection laws (e.g., EU, UK) are entitled to a refund within 14 days if the digital product has not been activated or used.
  • 5.2. Refunds are not granted in the following cases:
  • – Activation of a digital product (including automatic crediting to a user account, regardless of use)
  • – Subscription usage

  • 5.4. In case of a chargeback, TitanLive LLC reserves the right to provide verifiable proof of digital product activation as evidence of service delivery. The client agrees that such transactions are non-reversible once the product has been used, either through the platform or the payment system.
6. RESTRICTIONS
  • 6.1. Users are prohibited from:
  • – Reverse engineering or decompiling the website
  • – Using the site for commercial purposes without permission
  • 6.2. Consequences of violations:
  • – First offense: warning
  • – Repeat offenses: account termination without refund
  • 6.3. Titan.live does not process payments from users in jurisdictions subject to international sanctions (e.g., OFAC, EU sanctions lists). Payments are handled by third-party gateways (Stripe, PayPal) that apply geographic restrictions according to sanctions. See Stripe or PayPal for current limitations. TitanLive LLC does not provide services to users in such jurisdictions.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
  • TitanLive is not liable for service disruptions caused by:– DDoS attacks– Government bans or sanctions– Technical failures beyond our control
8. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
  • 8.1. All changes will be published at least 30 days prior to taking effect via:
  • – Email (if provided)
  • – Website notice
  • 8.2. Users who disagree with the new terms may delete their account.
9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
  • 9.1. All disputes between users and TitanLive LLC are subject to mandatory pre-trial resolution. Claims should be sent via email: [email protected].
  • 9.2. If pre-trial resolution fails, disputes shall be finally resolved by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its applicable Arbitration Rules.

  • The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties.
  • 9.3. For users located in the European Union, local consumer protection laws also apply, including the EU Digital Content Directive and Consumer Rights Directive.
10. MISCELLANEOUS
  • 10.1. TitanLive LLC is registered in the State of Delaware. The registration number - 3844060.
  • 10.2. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • 10.3. Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.
  • 10.4. TitanLive is not responsible for user-generated content (chats, comments, media). We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our rules.
  • 10.5. By placing an order, making a payment, or continuing to use the site, the user confirms that they:
  • – Have read and agree to these Terms
  • – Fully and unconditionally accept the offer, including provisions on payments, refunds, and restrictions
11. AGENCY MODEL
  • 11.1. TitanLive LLC may act as an agent in selling certain digital goods or currencies provided by third-party platforms (e.g., Trovo). In such cases, TitanLive LLC acts in its own name but on behalf of the user or partner under an agency agreement.
  • 11.2. TitanLive LLC is not the issuer of these digital goods. All relevant trademarks and rights belong to their respective owners.
  • 11.3. Purchasing such goods means the user agrees that TitanLive LLC is acting as an intermediary and that the digital good is provided "as is" and is non-refundable once activated.
12. IN-PLATFORM CURRENCY (CREDITS)
  • 12.1. Users of Titan.live may purchase in-platform digital currency — credits. These are used solely within the functionality of the Titan.live platform.
  • 12.2. Credits are not electronic money, a payment instrument, financial asset, or cryptocurrency.
  • 12.3. Purchased credits cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for real money, or used outside the Titan.live platform. They have no monetary equivalent.
  • 12.4. Once credited, they are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-transferable.
  • 12.5. Credits may only be used for platform features such as event participation, in-game elements, or other digital services provided by Titan.live.
13. CREATOR / PARTNER PAYOUTS
  • 13.1. TitanLive LLC may make payouts to creators, partners, or contractors as compensation for services rendered or performance-based results.
  • 13.2. Such payouts are made exclusively by TitanLive LLC from its own funds or partner funds and do not represent withdrawals of user funds.
  • 13.3. Payouts are not connected to the in-platform currency (credits). Credits are not redeemable for cash and do not represent electronic money, stored value, or a payment instrument.
  • 13.4. The amount and eligibility for payouts are determined solely by TitanLive LLC based on contractual terms, performance criteria, or internal policies.
  • 13.5. Payouts are not automatic and may be subject to verification, compliance checks, and applicable AML/CFT and sanctions requirements.
  • 13.6. TitanLive LLC reserves the right to suspend or refuse payouts in case of violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or failure to meet verification requirements.
14. PAYMENT PROCESSING & VERIFICATION
  • 14.1. All payments on Titan.live are processed exclusively via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). TitanLive LLC does not process or store users’ payment data.
  • 14.2. In cases of suspicious activity, TitanLive LLC reserves the right to request additional user verification, including age confirmation. Account access may be suspended pending verification.
