Refund Policy

General Provisions
By making a payment, the user confirms their agreement with this Refund Policy and the terms of use of the TitanLive LLC platform.
We provide refunds for purchases of digital goods in the following cases:

  • if the product is defective or does not match the stated description;
  • within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the digital product has not been activated, used, modified, or transferred to third parties;
  • in other cases, provided by law or agreed upon with the digital content provider.
Refund Conditions
  • Refunds are made exclusively to the payment method used for the original payment.
  • All transactions are processed through third-party payment systems (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and are subject to their own rules.
  • We are not responsible for fees that may be charged by payment aggregators during the refund process.
  • Chargeback attempts will be disputed if the digital product has already been activated, used, or transferred.
Exceptions: Internal Currency ("Credits")
Digital currency, such as credits, used on titan.live:

  • is not real money or a financial instrument;
  • cannot be cashed out or exchanged for fiat currency;
  • refunds are only possible in case of a technical error or mismatch with the description;
  • is considered used from the moment it is credited to the user's account;
  • is not electronic money or cryptocurrency.
How to Submit a Refund Request?
Contact us:

Include in your request:

  • the date and time of purchase;
  • the redemption code (if available);
  • proof of payment;
  • any other documents requested by the support team.
Refund Processing
  • TitanLive LLC reviews the request within 7 business days after receiving all necessary information.
  • The time for funds to be credited depends on the user's bank and payment system.
Additional Information
TitanLive LLC reserves the right to decline a refund if:

  • it does not comply with the terms of this Policy;
  • the digital product has already been activated or used;
  • a refund is not possible due to restrictions imposed by third-party platforms or providers.
