TitanAgency (“TitanLive LLC”) gives refunds for purchases that are:
- faulty or do not match their description on its website;
- made within 24 hours of purchase, so long as the item has not been consumed, modified or transferred; OR
- in other circumstances as described below.
TitanLive LLC may also offer refunds if the third party operator of the streaming platforms and/or games agree to refund the items that you purchased through TitanLive LLC. Otherwise, your purchases are not refundable through TitanLive LLC.

Please provide necessary supporting information or documentation, such as your redeem code, date of purchases, proof of payment and any other information upon request
Should your refund request complies with our refund policy stated herein, TitanLive LLC will carry out the refund within 5 working days upon receiving the request
