- Where Refund Policy Applies?

- TitanAgency (“TitanLive LLC”) gives refunds for purchases that are:

- - faulty or do not match their description on its website;
- - made within 24 hours of purchase, so long as the item has not been consumed, modified or transferred; OR
- - in other circumstances as described below.
- TitanLive LLC may also offer refunds if the third party operator of the streaming platforms and/or games agree to refund the items that you purchased through TitanLive LLC. Otherwise, your purchases are not refundable through TitanLive LLC.

- Please provide necessary supporting information or documentation, such as your redeem code, date of purchases, proof of payment and any other information upon request
- Should your refund request complies with our refund policy stated herein, TitanLive LLC will carry out the refund within 5 working days upon receiving the request
